How long will it take to receive my order?

For unstitched casual collections, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For stitched and luxury formal wear (maxis, pishwas, etc.), please allow 10-14 working days as our pieces are carefully tailored and embellished.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are focusing on our nationwide launch across Pakistan, but international shipping will be available very soon!

How do I choose the right size for stitched outfits?

We offer a wide range of standard sizes from XS to XL. You can find our detailed measurement chart by clicking the "Size Guide" link in our footer.

How should I care for my Yasran formal wear?

Our festive and formal collections feature intricate hand-embellishments like zardozi, kora, dabka, and pearls. To maintain their pristine condition, we strongly advise Dry Clean Only. Avoid using harsh chemicals or direct ironing on the embroidered areas.

Are your outfits available as unstitched fabrics?

Absolutely. Almost all our collections, from daily lawn wear to heavy festive zardozi suits, are available in both stitched and unstitched options to suit your preference.

What is your exchange and return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note that fully stitched or altered luxury formal wear cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
